Site Security Coordinator - Jeddah (TS Clearance Required)

Summary:

PRO-telligent, a Tetra Tech Company is seeking an experienced Site Security Coordinator (SSC) to support the U.S. Department of State’s development, implementation, and execution of Construction Security Monitoring Programs at select overseas diplomatic facilities. All personnel will be subject to a Suitability Review prior to deployment. This position is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

The Contractor’s most experienced Team Leaders may also serve as a Site Security Coordinator (SSC) at designated DoS sites. The purpose of the SSC is to assist the DoS Security Office with the day-to-day security coordination and management of DoS and OBO Construction Projects. Site Security Coordinators are generally responsible for a variety of operational and management-type duties. All Site Security Coordinators (SSC) will be capable of speaking English and possess the ability to write concise reports in English. The SSC will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Team Leader. The SSC will be experienced in both guard and construction surveillance functions. The SSC must be capable of independent decision making, possess a high degree of initiative and be capable of functioning with minimal supervision. The SSC will be required to maintain a detailed, daily log of numerous construction activities and render a written report to the Regional Security Officer and Washington DC Desk Officer for review.

Requirements:

U.S. Citizen
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
Have and maintain a Top-Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance
High school diploma or GED equivalent
All Site Security Personnel must meet all contractual medical requirements and possess the required security clearances
Be capable of reading and speaking English, and be able to write legible, concise reports in English.
Cleared American Guards recommended for a Team Leader position must have at a minimum 5 years’ experience, unless otherwise stated in the task order Request for Proposal.
The SSC will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Team Leader.
The SSC will be experienced in both guard and construction surveillance functions.
