We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Group Executive Protection Team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Role Purpose

To provide physical security for Group Executives, incorporating high/low profile Close-Protection and Counter Surveillance to the Group Executives (otherwise referred to as the Principal), families, and associated residences. To advise the Principal on any changes to the threat level based on Threat and Risk evaluation and provide an emergency response when required

In this role, you will:
Provide and maintain a close protection capability in order to support the Principal(s)
Conduct effective and discreet counter surveillance when in support of the Principal
Maintain a database of information / intelligence on routes, venues and residences
Maintain an accurate and current intelligence database, including information on suspicious activity in the vicinity of the Principals home addresses and frequently visited locations
Maintain a residential security team (RST) capability
Incorporate defensive / evasive driving techniques when operating in support of the Principals
Accompany the Principal to countries with higher levels of risk in order to provide close protection and provide personal security advice
Provide in depth written risk assessments, operational briefing documents and post operation reports for both domestic and overseas assignments, as required
Conduct Risk Assessments, as requested by line management and in support of the wider Protective Security Function

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Have in depth knowledge and experience of operating in a corporate security environment and managing the delivery of Close Protection, Counter Surveillance, Defensive/Evasive driving to high-net worth individuals in the UK and other countries in the European and North American market
Be close Protection trained to a minimum of Security Industry Authority (SIA) standard. Close Protection experience preferred
Surveillance, including counter and anti-surveillance detection and awareness
Have extensive experience of Close Protection driving including two car drills (advanced driving course qualification preferred)
Be medically trained to a minimum standard of FREC (*Medicine in Remote Areas (MIRA) preferred)


Qualifications
SIA licence and registration (front line close protection operator)
