Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented S&W Site Lead (OCONUS) to join our team in an OCONUS location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Sense & Warn (S&W) Site Lead (OCONUS) manages performance of the S&W systems at a designated site.
The Site Lead is responsible for all daily management of staffing, operations, inspection, repair and service of these systems.
The Site Lead will manage discipline and conduct of staff on and off duty; manage R&R scheduling to ensure continuous performance; develop and provide reports, briefings, and other products as required by the S&W management and customer.
Receives and manages deployed S&W staff providing TDY support.
Performs the duties of the Regional Manager in their absence.
Basic Qualifications:
Seven (7) years of relevant experience or combined education in target acquisition radar, air defense radar, or indirect fire subject matter expert, a system within the Army Battle Command System (ABCS) suite, or similar systems.
Two (2) years of DOD/DOS experience at international work locations.
Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner.
Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team.
Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail.
Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with senior Government staff and interagency communication coordination is desired.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current Secret security clearance.
Must be immediately eligible for and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and eligible for SCI access.
Travel Requirements:
Position is full-time overseas in high threat and austere locations.
Travel to various sites within the locations using customer-provided transportation is required as directed by the S&W management.
Physical Requirements:
Moves about inside an office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Uses a computer and other office equipment.
Grasps, positions and assembles equipment.
Communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
