Culmen International, LLC is always on the search for professions with military or civilian experience in policy analysis, international security, nonproliferation, and international relations to work in support of programs enhancing domestic and international security, military readiness and support, technology, and stability operations through facilitating global collaboration and optimizing capabilities of governments and partners. Culmen supports a large portfolio of technical, management and logistics services supporting clients worldwide with extensive experience operating in over 105 countries on six continents (including the regions of Eastern and Western Europe, the former Soviet Union, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Latin America).
Education and experience requirements vary by individual program and may include:
U.S. Citizenship
Current security clearance; requirement vary by position/program
Mid-Level, Senior, and SME experience
BA/BS degree (or higher) from an accredited university
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management staff, Government counterparts, as well as foreign clients and industry representatives
Direct experience with research, analysis, and program support for nonproliferation issues
Prior overseas work experience may be required
Foreign language fluency may be required
Ability to support CONUS/OCONUS travel or twelve-month deployments may be required
Specialized certifications or industry equivalents; requirements vary by program
