Job Description:
T3i Services is seeking a full-time Special Operations Medic Support Instructor to support preparatory training for the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA) in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The work to take place in KSA will incorporate medical support for moderate to high risk physical fitness evolutions as well as instructor duties and responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Candidates must be able to supervise personnel, course scheduling, and liaise with clients. 
Provide training support to adhere to required instructor to student ratio during all preparatory training evolutions.Deliver classroom theory for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) to students and medical personnel supporting the program.
Deliver medical support training to ensure High Risk training standards are met for all training.
Provide medical coverage for all physical training evolutions.
Maintain/manage student medical charts.
Serve as a source of medical knowledge and instruction.
Perform any relevant medical duty in support of NETSAFA programs.
Ability to gather an accurate medical history and to elicit physical signs.
Use and maintain medical equipment available at the training site.
Provide advisory support tailored to end users’ requests for development of programs. 
Assist with, and refine curriculum design and implementation of courses.
Assist with Leadership Development Plans for Enlisted, Warrant Officers, and Commissioned Officers.
Assist with developing training facilities, and training areas to conduct preparatory training.
Maintain a professional appearance, and an exemplary level of physical fitness. 
Develop and refine Operational Risk Management (ORM) designed to decrease risk of injury for candidates.
Be able to enter data in order to track and assess candidates’ progress for subsequent improvement.

REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, and CERTIFICATION:
Must be a graduate of the USAF Pararescue (PJ), US Army SF Medic (18D), USN Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman (SOIDC), Special Operations Combat Medic (SOCM), or Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsman (SARC).
Have 6+ years of active duty, and honorably separated.
Knowledgeable in High Risk Training Safety and Medical Standards. 
Must have separated from active duty within the last five (5) years from NSW.
Must be physically fit.
Have a proficient understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and web browsers to perform duties. 
Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and written.
Must have a current passport with no less than one year until expiration.

Desired Education and Certifications:
US Special Operations Combat Diver: certified through the US Army, Medical Q5, SF Combat Diving Supervisor (S6), SF Underwater Operations (W7), US Navy 2nd Class Diver (ND), 1st Class Diver (ND), Master Diver (MDV), or Diving Medical Officer (DMO).

Undergraduate Degree from an accredited university
CPR/AED
PHTLS
ACLS
US Nationally Registered EMT-Paramedic
