Security Guards (Maritime)

Our Company seeks English-speaking candidates with very good health condition/psychological profile and prior service in the Armed Forces, mainly in Special Forces.

TMS Security Guards minimum criteria, on which the pre-employment process is based, are as follows:

Detailed Resume (including previous employment history, operational experience, training certificates, professional references)

Military Service Discharge and/or ex-Law Enforcement paper
Recent and full documented Criminal Record Background (CRB)
Valid Passport (expiring not sooner than 10 months and having at least 4 blank pages)
Seaman’s Book and/or Card (if already issued)

Full Basic & Security Awareness STCW95 Certified Modules:
Personal Sea Survival Techniques (PST), as per STCW A-VI/1-1
Marine Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting, as per STCW A-VI/1-2
Elementary First-Aid, as per STCW A-VI/1-3
Personal Safety & Social Responsibility (PSSR), as per STCW A-VI/1-4
Security Awareness, as per STCW A-VI/6-1
Yellow Fever Vaccination Card
Valid Seafarer’s Medical/Health Certificate
Assessment of Physical Fitness
History of Drug & Alcohol (D&A) abuse
Psychiatric Assessment (stating no history of any mental health issues)
English Language skills
Firearms Certificate (7.62 mm)
Certificate of Maritime Security Operative (MSO) and Ship Security Officer (ISPS-SSO) Training Courses

The Initial Evaluation of candidates is based on their application data.
