This role, with a major multinational who have a strong history of providing excellent developmental
and promotional opportunities, will lead a small team focused on the security of staff members, facilities, products, brand and reputation within the area of responsibility. The post-holder will conduct or manage investigations of internal theft or fraud and ensure compliance with relevant internal standards as well as with local legislation. You'll also be responsible for supporting crisis management planning and emergency response for the area in order to minimize any negative impact on the business. The position will also oversee the planning, design and installation of physical security measures to meet the operational needs and the risk management requirements, and provide training and awareness initiatives for colleagues. Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience in security and loss prevention, ideally within a multi-site FMCG, logistics or retail environment. A degree and security related qualifications would be advantageous. You should also be articulate and well-reasoned, solution and customer-focused
