We are looking to hirea Iraq - BGC Cargo Security Supervisor to escort cargo from port to final delivery destination and ensure that the security of relating cargo and personnel delivered in a safe manner .
Responsibilities
Engage with Panalpina operations to determine high-risk items such as cable drums, instrumentation,
structural steel, etc .
Create a plan to escort cargos from port to site.
Review and approve sub-contractor security measures, such as escort vehicles, IVMS systems, etc .
Monitor sub-contractor performance and advise Panalpina operations on potential cargo security threats
Manage the escort team and their activities
Qualifications
Previous experience with a trucking company preferred
Previous experience with a security company preferred
Languages
English and Arabic - mandatory
Kurdish and Turkish useful
