General Responsibilities
Support security management in the mission
In-charge of establishing and maintaining a network of contacts, collect the security related information as well as the one related tot he context, will analyze the risks and propose the risk reduction measures associated tot he identified risks and provide recommendations tot he partners for their decision making on security measures to implement throughout programming
Collect, analyze and disseminated the security and context evolution information
Evaluate, mitigate and follow up the risks
Evaluate the entrepreneurs/innovators project proposals
Candidate Profile
Academic Background: Political Science or Law or Statistics courses
Previous experience needed: Humanitarian field experience
Functional Competencies: International Humanitarian Law, Logical Framework Approach, Logistics, Disaster Risk Management, verbal and written communication skills, professional personal presentation, customer service orientation, organizing and planning, attention to detail, initiative, reliability
Languages Skills: Fluent in English, Tagalog and other local language
Computer Skills : Competent computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet)
Contract Package
