Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to Security Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Perform duties according to the Duty Roster or acts as Security Manager in his absence
Training of new officers to impart job knowledge and skills
Training all other Hotel Staff on general Security awareness.
Conduct regular checks on all “field” officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively.
Conducting investigations and putting up the accompanying investigation papers and reports into cases which occur within the Hotel
Keeping peace and order within the premises of the Hotel in dealing with criminals, trespassers or difficult characters.
Conducting regular and periodical checks on taking immediate follow-up action to rectify faults, damage among others
Other duty assigned by the Security Manager
Qualifications:
Must be Arabic Speaker
Previous 5 star hotel experience in the same role is preferable.
Basic Health and Safety knowledge are essential
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
Understanding and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Must hold (or undergo) Dubai Police Training Certificate, and be registered with Dubai Police.
