• Four (4) year college degree in related field (Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration) or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years in a corporate security or law enforcement.

Position Summary:
In close collaboration with the Director of Global Security, North America, and Plant Leadership Teams, this supervisor will develop and execute standardized security processes and procedures for the AFC Nogales Plant with approximately 2900 employees and 24/7 operations. The distribution center for the facility is also on site.

• Security Subject Matter Expert closely collaborating with the Global Security Director and Plant Leadership Teams in the development and execution of standardized security processes and procedures to protect our people, information, business and reputation.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Develop and execute standardized security processes and procedures in close collaboration with the Global Security Director and Plant Leadership Teams. Set clear objectives (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, & Time-Bound) and implement appropriate performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in security processes and procedures.
• Conduct the following core tasks:
o Risk assessments to evaluate threats and vulnerabilities (people & facilities).
o Security assessments to identify improvement gaps.
o Risk mitigation plans and security improvement projects to address opportunities.
o Crisis management system for each facility and response to crisis incidents.
o Code of Conduct and internal investigations.
o Compliance with all security policies, procedures, and programs as directed by Global Security Standards.
o Security budget and vendor contracts to achieve optimal utilization of security resources (people, financial, and security systems) across all locations.
o Build and maintain relationships with appropriate industry, community, government and business contacts for benchmarking and resources.
