Job Summary
The Colombia Security Manager, who will report to the Regional Security Manager, LATAM, will be responsible for the country-wide security program which aims to identify and mitigate against risks posed to company personnel, property and processes. This position is based in Bogota, Colombia.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement local policies, procedures, standards, training and methods for identifying risk and protecting the organization’s personnel, assets and intellectual property in alignment with corporate policy.
Conduct and report on risk assessments to ensure efficiency and value of security operations.
Proactively prepare for possible future operations through strategic and tactical risk evaluations of the geographical areas and specific locations of interest to the business.
Develop and maintain relationships with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners and agencies, including vendors, law enforcement and pertinent government regulatory bodies.
Provide security expertize to emergency and crisis management planning and execution.
Supervise activities of contracted security personnel.
Manage security related contracts with 3rd parties.

Competencies & Qualifications:
Superior fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish required.
Previous corporate, law enforcement or governmental security experience necessary.
Ability to interact and liaise comfortably with peers, superiors, subordinates, industry colleagues, and law enforcement and regulatory entities.
Demonstrated ability to work and influence within a high-performing team.
Possess clear understanding of FCPA, Colombian anti-corruption laws and human rights norms.
Compensation commensurate with candidate experience and qualifications.
