AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Security Manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate shall be a senior member of the Program Support
Office (PSO).

Project Nature
: Construction Services of a number of design-specific buildings across a number of remote locations in the Kingdom

Job Responsibility: Significant; high profile Individual Contributor position.

The Program Support Office (PSO) will be located within the AECOM office and based centrally in Riyadh; in principle the PSO will coordinate all of the project related activities across all the various locations. It will be established to manage the coordination and integration for the client program requirements and it will ensure that a focused and integrated approach to project management is in place and consistent with the goals and program objectives and delivers these successfully. The PSO will ensure that an Integrated Program and ensure the appropriate Governance and planning the delivery of all these aspects is in place, in view of the program challenges ahead it will be imperative to have in place and maintain the capabilities, skills and experience to provide the coordination and delivery of all the various activities within the overall program

Minimum Requirements
The Site Security Officer will provide the support and direction for the development of the Operational Security Plan and ensure it achieves the appropriate standards through the development of site based location risk assessments and the identification of a comprehensive risk register and site security policies and procedures with the objective to put in place and maintain the highest standards for the identification and management of security related activities. The successful candidate must have the required background to recognize AECOM Arabia is a business first and foremost and develop relevant security policies and procedures to enhance that business, whilst protecting people and assets. They must have the ability to exhibit information analysis and intelligence gathering capabilities, the ability to operate in a discreet fashion and engage with foreign country national groups thus ensuring projects are sufficiently prepared and staff protected. Knowledge of security systems, including access control; ability to analyze, evaluate and recommend new systems, policies and procedures and the ability to develop and implement security standards and procedures. Experience in international security issues, developing country profiles, intelligence and in-country contacts. International experience and exposure to diplomatic and commercial operations in KSA and developed skills in Organizational Resilience protocols. Knowledge of crisis management issues, country evacuations and providing security leadership in crisis situations.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required
15 + Years Experience in a project management environment, working within or alongside the military and / or within a major civil project
The successful candidate for this very challenging role will have appropriate experience in a similar role working for either a multi disciplinary design practice or alternatively within a large national contracting organization with responsibility for managing the complete design solution for a Major Project or a similar design and construct environment. This will require a detailed understanding of the design, management and construction process including the initial development of stakeholder requirements within the design briefing stage, to the selection and appointment of the designer and the delivery of the various projects.

Customer Service – the ability to participate and understand the customer needs both internally and externally, to be responsive and keep commitments enabling and providing excellent customer service .
