candidates perform work on the Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan Flight Line
Security contract.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as part of an armed manning team at designated Flight line Entry Control Points
- Detect, identify, report, and guard against unauthorized
personnel and contraband, as well as, instruments of damage and
destruction in order to prevent threats from entering the installation.
- Man external control points and internal & external
roving patrols to detect, identify, report, and guard against
unauthorized personnel and contraband, as well as, instruments of damage
and destruction in order to prevent threats from entering the
installation.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
All Armed Guards shall possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 25 years of age.
- US Expatriate
- Able to don all required personal protective gear.
- Possess a US SECRET Security Clearance
- Possess a Military/Police background (under honorable discharge)
- Guards may be male or female.
- Must be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56mm, 7.62mm.
- Able to perform security guard services, at any potential
security posting, often in austere conditions to include extreme heat,
cold, wind, dust, rain or snow while donning all required personal
protective gear.
