Job Description
Reporting to Group Operations Controller, Operations Manager –Security will own, manage and
maintain loss prevention strategy for the business. He or she will develop and share the best loss prevention measures for the retail stores and facilitate security provisions for all company’s assets.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain effective and measurable KPI’s on the retail security operation and CIT.
· Develop a set of comprehensive SLAs to measure, monitor, and control security and CIT providers’ performance.
· Continuously guide security and CIT providers through feedback sessions based on objectively measured performance metrics and follow up on performance issues with retail teams.
· In conjunction with Procurement team, develop, maintain, coordinate and monitor effective contracts for security and CIT providers ensuring timely and cost effective delivery of results and activities
· In conjunction with Retail and Finance partners, formulate and prepare annual budgets for security in stores and CIT.
· In partnership with the ABF consultant team, identify and develop more effective and efficient ways of working and managing cleaning provisions.
· Update and develop policies and procedures as required for changes in the business environment.
· Liaise with Retail teams and Legal departments to maintain an awareness of developments in legal field and its impacts in order ensure that the company continues to comply with best practice and legal requirements.
· Ensure all service providers are aware and are fully aligned with the company Customer Service policies and procedures.
· Monitor, manage and utilise the HOST system to produce accurate working hours requirements.
· Liaise with all relevant partners to ensure opening plan is prepared and used.
· Develop strategic initiatives, and execute and maintain an operational audit for service providers.
Applicants should possess:
Experience in multi-site retail, ideally clothing, either with a retailer or a security provider, at Area Manager level or above.
Knowledge of legal requirements, ideally International is an advantage.
The ability to identify issues suggests solutions and delivers the result.
The ability to produce relevant, coherent, succinct information and reports for all levels of management, including understanding the requirements of Directors.
