Job Introduction:
To ensure smooth and cost efficient operations over the full spectrum of operations of almajalg4s MSS in the designated region.

Role and Responsibilities
· Provide operational direction to the MSS operations in the designated region.

· Control and manage day to day operations of all departments. Maintain profitability by ensuring productivity, building sustainable client base, complying with management control procedures, mentoring and coaching subordinates.

· Grow and expand into new markets and diversify vertically into the security industry.

· Conduct feasibility studies and projects to expand business.

· Manages all personnel and resources soundly and efficiently and keep sound relations.

· Preserve and maintain all assets under almajalg4s management.

· Keep up to date with market and industry trends and align the operations accordingly.

· Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

· Develop methodologies and procedures to enhance productivity and service excellence.

· Marketing and selling of all services under almajalg4s management.

· Motivates, leads and maintains good morale of the work force.

· Executes diligently and with great care the managerial functions of Planning, Organizing, Leadership/execution, Control, Coordinating and Communication within your department.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Comprehensive knowledge of manned security.
• Basic understanding of risk assessment and site vulnerability surveys.
• Solid knowledge of basic financial statements, with specific knowledge of profits, expenses, overheads.
• Knowledge of costing and allocation of expenses.
• .Basic understanding of systems hardware and security equipment.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic in verbal and written modes.
• Ability to liaise with clients to investigate their concerns and requirements.
• Establishing an operations routine and methodology to ensure quality service delivery.
• Competent in report writing, investigations and understanding of core issues in problem solving.
• Excellent verbal skills in terms of communication style and techniques.
• Sound and logical decision making in give and take conflict resolution.
• computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft office.
