We are looking for a dynamic Security Manager, eager to work with confidence in working in a demanding luxury environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the effective implementation of all operational security procedure in the hotel
- Management and security oversight of all contractors, supplies or vendors working on the property
- To maintain a close relationship with local authorities
- Ensure that Security Officers provide a courteous and professional service to all guests, staffs and suppliers
- To account for the master keys of the property and their movement and control in general
- Incidents and emergencies are emotionally charged situation particularly when there are allegations of theft. All guests, staff or anyone involve must be dealt with sensitively and professionally so as not to in flame the situation
- To organize the Security Fire Fighting Team in the event of a emergency
- To guide, supervise and monitor the performance of all Security personnel
- To plan and carry out regular training for Security personnel
