•Develops, tests, maintains, and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives.
•Establishes course content and objectives.
• Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
• Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
• Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
•Participates in special projects as required.
•Must be a former international recognized Special Operations Soldier – Special Forces, Special Air Service, GSG9 or equivalent.

4. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.

6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
7. Participates in special projects as required.

Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience.

•2-5 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.
•Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of training programs.
•Knowledge of relevant technologies as required.
•Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills.
2-5 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.
8-10 years of directly related experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs.
Must have 8-10 years experience in the military and operations in SW Asia (Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan)
Must have 8-10 years experience as a leader and operator in an internationally recognized special operations unit.
