Responsibilities:
Performs all screener duties as necessary
Ensure screeners have checked the HCN/TCN and other applicable databases, collected biographical information, detected discrepancies between old and new reports, collected biometrics data, collected information of force protection (FP)/CI interest, informed interviewee of FP/CI reporting processes, utilized credibility assessment tools and training, provided data, reports and assessments into appropriate databases, websites and portals and provided the necessary offices a memorandum listing of the screened personnel and a corresponding recommendation for approval or denial of access
Requirements:
Required Experience
5 years equivalent work experience, and management experience, unless waived by the contracting officer’s representative. Identified Screener Team Lead shall be a former 35L/M, 351L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E or DoD civilian equivalent. Strategic Debriefer or an individual with a similar skill set is desired
The contractor shall have experience with screening, screening tasks, and/or investigative questioning techniques and knowledgeable of SIPRNet search engines and database retrieval tools such as QueryTree and M3
Deployed experience is preferred
Required Education
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree
Required Clearance
This position requires US Citizenship with a Secret clearance
