Job description
Effectively manage the security department in support to overall growth and profitability of The Diplomatic Club.
Closely coordinate with Managing Director and all Department Heads regarding Risk Management (fire safety and security and evacuation procedures).
Ensures that accountabilities and responsibilities for every Security post or assignment are specified, understood and accepted by the security personnel.
Ensures clear authority and working relationship between the in-house and contractual security force.
Establishes proper controls and documentations to monitor deviations from approved standards or performance.
Implements continuous training programs to upgrade competence level of security personnel in relation to the importance of their work, their role, in loss prevention, the significance of their attitude towards security and safety and the effect of their individual departments as seen by guests, clients, officers or employees.
