Our subsidiary, Gammon Security & Technology Limited specializes in installing, maintaining and monitoring a full range of security devices, including sophisticated alarm systems, CCTV networks, safes, locks, intercom and access control to protect persons and valuable property. We also have a computerized Central Station service which links a client’s premises directly on 24/7 monitoring. In order to cope with our expansion, we are now looking for the following position:
Job duties:
Responsible for the whole business operation and formulate overall business plan and direction, and management strategies;
Provide leadership and direction to the organization including all commercial, financial and operating systems;
Lead the development attainment of key financials including sales, profit and loss, assets, working capital, etc.;
Lead the department to establish best workflow and conduct training, audit and suggestion scheme;
Monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective cost and quality control i.e. monitor work flows;
Supervise and liaise with department to meet the company’s goal and targets;
Establish and maintain good working relationship with PRC and HK business stakeholders.
Job requirement:
University graduation or above;
10 years relevant working experience;
Familiar with Electronic Systems i.e. Alarm, CCTV/DVR, Access Control;
Energetic, strong leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill;
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Potunghua;
Proficiency in MS Office, email and ERP applications is essential;
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
