About Your Job:
You will develop and deliver regulatory aviation security training to all Doha International Airport employees, visitors, contractors and any individual who is issued with an airside pass.
Some of your key accountabilities is to develop and deliver a security awareness module for frontline DIA staff up to management level that is relevant to respective work areas.
Develop initiatives that assist and influence the adoption and integration of a security culture amongst all Airport employees.
Maintain regular contact with senior QCAA managers and the changes that may occur in Airport security legislation.
About You:
This position is integral to the development of the security culture and compliance of the airport authority and as such, you will be required to have extensive experience in the designing and delivery of training programmes in a medium to large organization preferably Police, Military Police or general aviation security operations. Must have formal Training certification in Aviation Security Training from an internationally recognized institution. Internationally Certified (ICAO/IATA) training instructor is highly desirable.
