Job Introduction:
The incumbent will be expected to accomplish operational objectives by planning and evaluating overall activities for the Manned Security Services Division.
Role Responsibility:
Customer Relations including customer meetings at Senior Management Level.
Presentation of Security Risk Assessments and Surveys to customers and prospective customers.
Day to day management of Operational staff, including but not limited to: enforcing discipline, communicating job expectations, reviewing job contributions, planning and reviewing compensation actions.
Logistical and Human Resource planning and management.
Enforcing Operational Policies and Procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications and Experience:
Business related Degree, B-Com, Operations Management, Administration or any relevant and recognised qualification.
Previous experience from any of the Disciplined Forces of Botswana and or Operations field, an added advantage.
At least three (5) years supervisory or management experience in a business/ operational environment.
Familiar with the Botswana Labour Laws.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Project Management
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and problem solving.
Assertive yet flexible, honest and reliable.
Ability to work in a pressurised corporate environment.
Presentable with an amiable character and able to interface well with staff, clients and general community.
