Job Introduction:
G4S seeks to appoint a seasoned leader to manage the provision and profit delivery of quality contractual and ad-hoc Guarding Services to customers, in accordance with the organisational vision and strategic intent.
Role Responsibility:
Effective management of the divisional financial performance in terms of budget, revenue growth and gross margin improvement
Management and development of manned guarding personnel
Direct and manage operations in terms of customer service levels, satisfaction, retention, service audits, as well as new service offerings
Ensuring adherence and implementation of Best Practise in terms of G4S International Standards
Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies and processes
Effective management of the risk processes and compliance within G4S Uganda
The Ideal Candidate:
A business degree from a recognised university or its equivalent
Post graduate qualifications in management will be an added advantage
Additional training and experience in security and risk management will be a distinct advantage
Over 7 years’ experience in operations of which at least 5 years is in a management capacity in the security services industry/sector
Experience in management of multi-site manned guarding operations .
