Job Description:
The Administrative Logistics Security (ALSS) performs general administrative and/or logistical functions. The ALSS prepares and maintains personnel, property, maintenance, operational records, and periodic/scheduled reports. He/she provides maintenance and operations support for all equipment and vehicles in support of day to day operations. He/She must have administration and logistics experience as ALSS in supporting static site security contracts overseas. The position will report to the deputy project manager.

Reguirements:
-Secret Level Security Clearance
-US Citizens Only
-One (1) year of working international administrative and logistics support issues required
-Experience working with a wide range of procurement logistics issues
-Strong written and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills
-Trained in accordance with DoD and US Army standards, and compliant with all training standards in SD 538-2
-All personnel must be able to perform Static security functions to include Check point, Surveillance post and entry/exit operations. Must be able to work a 12 hour operational shift
-Guard personnel will provide static security to include checkpoint, entry/exit and guard post surveillance

Physical Requirements:
-Lift a minimum of 50 lbs with full gear.
-Austere and extreme environment

Other Requirements:
  • Unexpired US Passport (6 month minimum)
  • Willing to Travel as required
  • Successful completion of the following: Physical fitness test, pre-employment background check, criminal record check, drug screen. Habitual misdemeanors will receive negative recommendations.

Education and Work Experience:
-Manages and provides administrative and logistics services to include equipment and vehicle maintenance support for the contract.
-Maintains inventory databases and generate classified and unclassified reports as required.
-Coordinates shipment and receipt of equipment and materials documenting that the proper customs, procedures, and standards are followed.
-Runs supply room/warehouse operations to maintain accountability of equipment, supplies, parts, etc. through a computerized file and accounting system.
-Maintains duty schedules and time sheets He/She coordinates transport and appropriate security for all incoming and outgoing personnel to/from the airport and ensure housing needs are met both in-transit and in-country.

-The position requires a suitable candidate to be able to keep high morale while maintaining physical and mental health.
