Role Responsibility:
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Manager to oversee our operations at the Long Bay Forensic Hospital in Matraville, NSW. You will have a proven track record in relationship-building with customers, leading a team and an excellent understanding of security operations.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in securing the custody of the patients in our care. You must be able to demonstrate the application of compliance and risk management processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to respond to emergency situations calmly, quickly and efficiently are also essential. Demonstrated business acumen and sound financial skills are imperative.
This role will require an understanding of our organisational culture along with a commitment to implementing cost effective strategies that will seek to continually improve the delivery of our service.
An attractive salary commensurate with your experience will be negotiated for the successful applicant.
