Description
- Manage security and safety operations as assigned.
- Oversee and provide direction for all contract security operations in area of responsibility. (guard services)
- Subject matter expert on facility design for security.
- Security system design and installation coordinator for new bank facilities as needed.
- Special projects lead for security.
- Direct security management for approximately 70 retail bank branches in Northern California (San Luis Obispo County, Santa Clara County, Monterrey County, Santa Cruz County, Alameda County, Contra Costa County)
- Support role for fellow Security Managers in greater Northern California.
- Manage and plan security operations to safeguard premises and employees against risk of unauthorized entry, fire, theft, vandalism, and criminal activities.
- Enforce security rules and safety standards, as outlined by CSIS corporate policies and procedures, and all applicable governmental requirements.
- Review security-related problems and take appropriate measures to ensure compliance, reduce risk and protect Citi assets.
- Implement and manage security operations in accordance with CSIS strategic objectives in support of business needs.
- Manage all other security and safety operations as deemed necessary by the Area Director.
