Type of contract: Duration determined (Fixed-Term)

Purpose Of Position
• Help identify safety factors and levels of risk to the security of UNICEF staff and to provide data for improving both physical security and operational safety standards established by JAWS.
• Help maintain updated lists of staff / visitors. Ensure that safety provisions against fire are in place.
• Assist in the training of all staff in radio communication procedures, convoy procedures, safety awareness, first aid, management of guard units, the safeguarding of assets, the identification of safety equipment and equipment needs in the building, evacuation procedures.
• Attend medical evacuation plans. Help establish and maintain evacuation plans and procedures UNICEF include a specific response capability 24 hours.
• Helping to investigate all cases of loss in real estate office due to insecurity and to investigate any threat to life of UNICEF staff and prepare reports related to previous incidents to Representative for UNICEF and Siege.
• Act as the first level of response in case of life threatening officials of UNICEF or other incidents.

Qualifications & Skills
• Be a Bachelor (Tray 2) and a degree preferably technical courses or university in Business Administration or Finance or Management or equivalent.
• Have control of basic management software (Windows, Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

Experience:
Six (6) years of administrative work, or financial management at least one year in the management of development projects
