Qualifications

■Relevant experience and/or higher education, preferably within security/management 

■3-5 years operational experience within security, management, administration, financial management, report writing ■Experience in strategic thinking and planning skills, be able to set priorities, prepare manageable work plans and to evaluate progress ■Experienced field worker with background from complex emergencies, and with experience from working in a difficult security environment ■Proven communication, interpersonal, representation, negotiation and leadership skills ■Fluency in the English language, able to communicate in Arabic ■Computer skills – database knowledge essential, wireless networking ■Holder of a valid international driver’s licence ■Political and cultural awareness

■Commencement: As soon as possible 

■Contract period: 12 months 

■Salary/benefits: According to NRC’s general directions 

■Duty station: Aden/ Sanaa, Yemen
