Our client, a Leading Banking Group is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Responsibilities:-
As core advisor on corporate security issues for the Banking Group.
Manage and oversee day-today corporate security operations.
Lead a team of security guards, cash-in-transit operation and limousine service.
Implement staff programs on advisory and training / security procedures regarding awareness and expertise security monitoring.
Ensure adequate level of security is provided to Bank's staff, premises and its properties on a 7x24 basis.
Maintain strong networking with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions to keep abreast of the latest development of security information.
Requirements:-
A Bachelor Degree in related disciplines.
Holder of professional qualifications in security.
With 10 years' solid experience in physical security with banking and finance sector / international security solutions group, of which 5 years at management level.
Conversant with procedures of criminal investigation, and have a profound knowledge of security systems deployment and crime prevention techniques.
High degree of integrity and emotional maturity with capability to facilitate the appropriate resolution of difficult ethical and crises situations.
Experience in procedures writing and staff training preferred.
Excellent team lead management, interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
