Description
Position Description:
-Serves as advisor/trainer to the Afghan army units in conducting OPFOR operations in support of training
Position Responsibilities
- Serves as advisor and trainer to an ANA Mobile Strike Force to advise OPFOR player units in support of training
-Trains MSF soldier to act as OPFOR, both mounted and dismounted, in support of established training objectives
-Trains related OPFOR battle drills.
-Advises and trains MSF soldier is OPFOR tactics, techniques and procedures
-Conducts AARs
Qualifications
Position Requirements
-This position requires military training experience
-Prior infantry small unit experience is required
-Prior experience OEF/OIF is highly desired.
-Experience with working in a theatre of military operations, especially the Middle East.
-Demonstrated superior leadership managerial ability is required.
–Must have high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
-Must have recent experience or be willing to live and work in Afghanistan
-Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills.
-Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
-Must be proficient with computers and a working knowledge of MS Office Software.
