To support our growth, we are recruiting a Regional Security Manager m/f
The main missions are to support the business development and operational deployment of our security services.
- Supporting the growth of the security business; Sales/bid membership for significant opportunities
- Marketing activities (webinars, event planning, competitor insight …)
- Ensuring that clients’ calls and cases are effectively managed to the highest levels of customer satisfaction and ensure 24/7 on-call operations are maintained
- Monitoring the Travel Security Online and Country Risks Forecasts reports
- Leading an Incident Management Team in response to an incident where clients require on-the-ground assistance
- Training and Evacuation Planning
Profile
Risk, crisis and people management expertise. Planning and execution of complex security operations
Consultancy and sales experience
Effective communication skills
International security work experience and strong knowledge of the political and security situation all over the world, especially in African countries
You possess an undergraduate degree in a field related to security or international relations studies and are fluent in French and English.
You gained experience in security operations management: in military, government (officer or senior NCO), or private sector roles.
You are a self-starter with a highly developed sense of urgency and mission focus, High degree of pro-activity, flexibility and ability to work in a pressurized environment.
