Duty Security Manager , Qatar

Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 70k Annual
Relocation Required

Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting site reviews, writing audit/review reports, reviewing findings, and making recommendations line management and /or their security coordinators.
Monitors and evaluates unit performance on key security issues and programs, recommends corrective action programs where appropriate.
Establishes/maintains robust customer relationship to ensure complete understanding of customer processes to enable the delivery of viable security responses.
Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation.
Maintains knowledge of current security issues and update management on risk and threat that could impact company business.
Responsible to perform annual risk analysis for the country, particularly with respect to level of crime, terrorism, workplace violence.
Responsible for providing leadership, advice and counsel to line management on security policy and practices. Identifies exposures and to recommend and develop corrective plans as appropriate.
Provides advice and counsel to management on the expenditures of resources for protection of company assets where compromise or loss of these assets could seriously affect company business.
Provides leadership, advice and counsel to all security staff in achieving current and long rage strategic program objectives.
To be aware and knowledgeable of the facility fire/bomb plan, including all fire equipment, responding to all bomb/fire alarms and acting in accordance with the standard fire/bomb instructions. Also responding to all exit alarms, and making full investigations of these and reporting accordingly
Serves as staff support to security management and assists in conducting investigations of significant threats and/or the loss or misappropriation of assets.
Performs incident analysis and investigation relative to all incidents with advice and closure to all responsible functional management and supporting security management.
Develops and implements security coordinator program which includes developing a training program for all security agents.
To ensure no unauthorized persons enter the company premises and to ensure that all persons properly seeking admission are courteously received and assisted.
Maintain good communication and work relationships in all areas of the customers’ business.
Coordinate with government and law enforcement agencies as necessary
Organise patrolling of all boundary areas as required.
Assist the facility in complying with Local Fire Safety Legislation
Ensure tours are carried out for the purpose of fire prevention, safe means of escape, and security
Plan, deliver and facilitate regular staff awareness training
Be fully conversant of facility procedures and convey to staff
Responsible for management of security control room on a shift basis.

Qualified Candidates will have experience with the lists above, as well as either a 4 year degree from an accredited college or university, or three (3) years minimum in military or law enforcement.
