Description: ADS, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager (MRO) to drive MRO business development and sales efforts in South Korea. Duties: • Represent ADS MRO products to new and existing DoD customers •Carry out direct sales activities in order to meet company defined quotas •Provide management with sales plan on a monthly basis •Generate quotes for customers and assist them in identifying terms analysis •Work with support teams (purchasing, accounting, warehouse, etc.) to ensure that all information is up to date in the system and that orders are delivered in a timely fashion •Provide outstanding customer service, regularly following up on closed sales to ensure delivery and quality were as promised •Make regular visits to existing and potential new customers, face to face and via telephone prospecting to develop new business •Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
Qualifications: •Must be located in South Korea •Must be able to read, write and speak Korean fluently Minimum 5 years service in the Military or 5 years experience selling to the Military •Basic understanding of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) equipment •2 years experience in purchasing or logistics for DoD •2 years experience with MS Office tools, email, etc. •50% Travel: Must be able to meet with customers outside under all weather conditions and must be able to travel by car and plane for long distances as needed •Bachelors degree highly preferred Other Qualifications •Prior Military experience – E-7 or above •Must be highly organized and able to juggle duties of both inside and outside sales •Must be an excellent communicator both in writing and in person •Needs to understand basic business financial concepts and to be able to budget own expenses in a cost effective manner •Self-starter with a will and desire to be the best at what you do •Understanding of government contracts and purchasing vehicles desired •Prior Oracle experience desired We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
