Designated Defensive Marksman WPS PSS , OCONUS

Primary Functions:
Perform as long-range defensive marksman and to actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.

Essential Functions and Duties
•Perform as long-range defensive marksman
•Shall be designated as PSS (P)
•Provide services as assigned

Job Requirements
•Must be a U.S. Citizen
•Level 3 English proficiency
•Three (3) years experience in any of the following positions: military sniper, police sharpshooter, or commercial designated defensive marksman (WPS, WPPS II, TWISS or similiar program).
•Completed or served at least three (3) years in military, law enforcement, or executive commercial protection
•One (1) year of experience shall have been obtained in high threat personal protection security or emergency services assignments
•Experience can be gained in the employ of any national, State/Provincial Local or commercial entities providing high threat protective services
•Shall provide evidence of minimum M4 Qualification of 95% (285 out of 300) or better on the DS qualification course of fire
•Graduate of a Sniper/DDM/Sharpshooter Program. Evidence of program completed must be issued by a military, law enforcement, or security (government or private sector) training program of suitable complexity and quality to adequately prepare the graduate for successful performance as a DDM
•Shall provide evidence of completion from an accredited Sniper School (i.e. USMC Scout/Sniper, Special Operations Target Interdiction, FBI HRT/SWAT, DSS MSD DDM, State Police Sharpshooter, NYPD Police Sharpshooter, etc.)
•Must be at least 21 years of age
•Must have valid, current driver’s license and passport
•In the case of military service, all military discharges must have been under honorable conditions
•No impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy
•Must pass detailed medical evaluation and physical fitness test
•Must be able to qualify and remain current in weapons normally carried by law enforcement officers, e.g., semi-automatic pistol, rifles, sub-machine guns, and shotguns
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a Personnel Security clearance and/or Public Trust Certification
•Required to attend the protective security specialist (PSS) training course and the Defensive Marksman course
•Must maintain weapons qualifications as outlined in this contract, for the Glock, M4, Shotgun, M240, M249 and M203 and the M24 or SR25 as issued and familiarization fire for the AK47
