Summary
The Corporate Security Manager will manage the security of all Company assets including people, finished product, and warehouse and office locations. The incumbent will be responsible for recommending security processes and techniques and to ensure high quality security counter-measures.
Responsibilities:
BA/BS Degree is preferred
5-10 year of management experience in law enforcement/intelligence services preferably in investigative work
Fluency in English and Spanish, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
Traits, Interests & Demonstrated Skills:
Ability to work cross functionally and liaise with agencies
Ability to present ideas in a concise and impactful fashion
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven self-starter

Summary

Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation & maintenance of Company security standards within the region and conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards for evaluation of auditing and internal controls.
- Liaise with national and international law enforcement organizations as well as work with Brand Integrity colleagues from other regions.
- Conduct threat assessments and plan and control security countermeasures aimed at reducing risk to Company employees, locations and products, including the storage and transport of finished goods, semi-finished goods, and machinery in the supply chain.
- Conduct and manage investigations into security incidents. Record details of security incidents and indicators, producing periodic reports for local Senior Management and Corporate Security management.
- Manage external service providers to undertake investigations, gather intelligence on organized criminals.
- Identify best practice and influence continuous process improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on the nature, make up and activities of counterfeiting and smuggling syndicate.
- Provide progress and objectives updates of investigations and summaries of overall activities, successes and goals.
