Requirements
A. Former LTC or above Army/USMC (staff and command experience) required. B. CTC experience preferred. C. Must be Combat Arms/Operations with a strong tactical background in Full Spectrum Operations. D. HBCT/CAV background preferred. E. MEL 4 F. Be able to manage in excess of 50 employees. G. Familiar with interagency coordination and conflict resolution. H. Familiar with training development, design, execution and certification processes. I. Must have a SECRET clearance.

Position Description
1. Reports directly to BCT Senior 2. Serves as the SME for a Battalion Level Task Force Observer Controller Team. 3. Serves a Senior Mentor and Trainer for a Task Force level commander and staff. 4. Maintains currency across the Full Spectrum of Operations. 5. Ensures Observer Controller Team is prepared to conduct Task Force Level Training across the Full Spectrum of Operations. 6. Ensures Observer Controller Team maintains certifications in order to support Task Force training. 7. Plans and conducts leader development to ensure Observer Controller Team maintains proficiency. 8. Assists in the planning and development of realistic Force on Force and Combined Arms Live Fire Exercises. 9. Supervise the development and execution of a formal training and certification program; maintains currency and validates Observer Controller certification. 10. Supervise employee performance appraisal program to ensure employees are receiving accurate feedback on job performance, potential, and retention prospects. 11. Directly supervises the Battalion Staff and Company Level Observer Controller Team.
