ACC Combat Training System SME

Job Description
Location : Langley AFB, VA

Job Description and Requirements:
USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking an ACC Combat Training System SME to work out of Langley AFB, VA.This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Requirements:
– Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
– Ten (10) years experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher level staff (combination of active duty, government service and/or contractor).
– One (1) year staff experience working NCCT (Network Centric Collaborative Targeting).
– One (1) year staff experience with High Altitude Long Endurance air platforms.
– Two (2) year staff experience in special operations and/or search and rescue.
– Final Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year staff experience in logistics nodal thread analysis and modernization.
- Completion of System 105 Introduction to Development Planning.
- Completion of System 283 Introduction of Architectures.
- Completion of Requirements 111 Air Force Capability Based Operational Requirement Course.
- Knowledge of Federal Budget and Resource Allocation process and procedures in support of ISR and Targeting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the process and procedures in which ACC programs and budgets are developed, staffed and approved by Air Force.
- Current knowledge and understanding of ISR systems and how they are employed.
- Familiar with Centralized Asset Management (CAM) sustainment funding and processes.
- Knowledge and experience with JCIDS processes and documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).

Duties:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of C2 and ISR systems and targeting systems (to include airborne, near space, and space based systems/platforms) to provide analytical support to define, justify, and facilitate acquisition, integration, or modifications on systems, and assist in ACC documents in accordance with instructions such as CJCSI 3170.01 and DODI 5000.02 assist the specific Program Element Monitor (PEM) with consolidating requirements for annual Budget Estimate Submissions/Amended Budget Estimate Submissions (BES/ABES) and annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions.
