Job Summary:Monitor the actions of Third Country Nationals (TCNs), as assigned, at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar.
Principal Accountabilities:
Log in and out all TCNs/contractors and perform �head counts� before and after TCNs/contractors perform their duties
Notify the ECC/UCC of the number of personnel and vehicles you are escorting in due course of work operations
Provide and brief TCN/contractor rules to escorted TCNs/contractors prior to entering the installation
Alert the ECC of any suspicious behaviors, questions, or actions on the
part of TCNs and detain (hold an individual without restricting
movement) and if the individual decides to leave, maintain constant
surveillance until SF or OSI arrive
Conduct spot inspections of work sites to ensure members are properly equipped and performing assigned duties
Survey projected work sites to identify escort requirements and vulnerabilities: coordinate with FP on all new projects
Maintain a count of TCNs or contractors and vehicles you are
responsible for and relay this information and location to your unit
control center
Ensure TCNs or contractors wear the appropriate badge on their upper torso
Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing escort duties
Maintain radio communication with the ECC/UCC at all times while performing escort duties

Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and
weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to
problems.
Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
Ability to identify information by categorizing, estimating,
recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in
circumstances or events.
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years of general work experience
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
