Position Summary
Manage and supervise personnel performing direct supervisory duties over Force Protection Officers and perform direct supervisory duties over Force Protection Officers and other security force personnel for KBOSSS contract.
Position Responsibilities
• Shall provide on-site, direct supervision of the security force continuously 24 hours per day, seven days per week, to include inspection of each post, fixed and mobile
• Shall inspect each post at least three times during each shift period
• Shall begin their tours of duty one half-hour prior to the beginning of the shift
• Guard mount shall be held prior to change of shift
• Shift supervisor shall ensure that all Force Protection Officers report for muster on time and each member of security force are inspected prior to being posted. Such inspection shall include at a minimum:
• Complete, clean, and neat uniform
• Personal appearance, acceptable for the security profession
• Physically capable of standing watch; i.e. not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicants, and having sufficient rest
• Properly equipped for the assigned post
• Informed of and understand the post instructions and all general and special orders
Essential Skills and Experience
• US Citizen
• Active Secret Clearance
• Must have a valid US Driver's License and US Tourist Passport.
