Position Summary
Perform duties as a Law Enforcement Security Officer, providing security at specified locations in support of KBOSSS contract.
Position Responsibilities
•Conduct mobile security of installations to ensure compliance with the current situational risk assessment, regulations, policies, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), and other applicable force protection guidelines
•Respond to accidents and reported incidents, protect crime scenes, and detain and transport suspects and victims.
•Provide general patrol and escort services inside of the perimeter.
•Assist in taking sworn statements, but the statements must be sworn to before a Military Police Officer.
•Handle all traffic accidents as directed by the PMO.
•Shall respond within five minutes of notification to any incident reported to the MP desk or patrol
•Provide coordination, planning, and direction of all traffic operations
Essential Skills and Experience
• US Citizen
• Must have a valid US Driver's License and US Tourist Passport
• Honorable discharge from the military (if applicable)
• Active Secret Clearance
• Force Protection experience
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be either a valid state or federally certified peace/police officer, who has completed a state certified or federally recognized (e.g. FLETC) Law Enforcement Academy, and has served a minimum of two years as a ...
