Role Responsibility:
Manage the Manned Security Division
Regular client meetings to ensure maximum client satisfaction
Safeguarding of clients assets including people, buildings and information
Ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions and oversee implementation
Accountability and management of the profitability of the Business Unit
Liaise with Regional Sales Manager
Conduct and monitor staff appraisals of direct reports
Provide leadership and guidance to the Regional Operations Managers
The Ideal Candidate:
Preference will be given to Portuguese speaking applicants
B.Com (or equivalent) qualification is an advantage
Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Grade A (Registered Security Service Provider) or equivalent (Preferred)
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in management Position(s)
Experience in managing security contracts
Proven record of strong working relationship building skills
Possess the ability to build, motivate and manage teams
Evidence of strong commercial knowledge ideally within the security industry
Understanding of Sales process and ability to identify key customer growth areas
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to work in a pressurized and stressful environment
Maintain and develop positive working relationships with the client
Be a confident people manager
Be commercially aware with an attention to detail with excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
