We are seeking experienced expatriate security professionals to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a security project in Afghanistan.
1. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿
𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 10+ years military or police experience.
• Minimum 10 years of security experience in complex environments, including at least 7 years in a project management position.
• University degree or recognized military/police academy qualification.
• Recognized security management qualifications.
• First-aid and emergency-response training.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with security plans, risk assessments, crisis response, guard-force operations, budgets, reporting and client liaison.
• Medically and physically fit and available to deploy to Afghanistan.
• Proven experience developing and implementing SOPs, contingency plans and emergency-response procedures.
• Experience managing personnel, resources, logistics and contractual deliverables.
• Ability to conduct security audits, inspections, investigations and compliance reviews.
𝟮. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀
𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum 7 years of military or police experience.
• Minimum 10 years of security experience in complex environments, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Recognized security management qualifications.
• Qualified in first aid and emergency response.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of access-control systems and CCTV operations.
• Experience with security equipment, radio communications, screening systems, and fire-safety systems.
• Experience managing multiple guard teams (local and expatriate) and quick-reaction personnel.
• Strong incident-management and emergency-response capabilities
• Medically and physically fit for duty.
• Strong leadership, reporting, liaison, personnel-management, and disciplinary-management skills.
• Experience managing duty rosters, operational reporting, investigations and coordination with clients and relevant authorities.
Experience with international organizations, diplomatic missions, UN agencies or INGOs are desirable.
