We invite proposals from qualified security service providers capable of supporting a community of journalists in the Middle East.
1. Introduction
We are a non-profit organization that delivers expert media services in complex and challenging contexts with passion, precision, and agility. Through our collaborative work with our partners, we foster transparent, inclusive, and fair dialogue, supporting resilient societies that thrive.
Across three continents and 15 countries, we facilitates the training of journalists and media producers, program and content development, radio and film production, magazine and book publishing, media research and monitoring, and supporting our partners' financial viability.
2. The Fellowship for Critical Voices Program
The Fellowship for Critical Voices Program is designed for media professionals from countries experiencing crisis and conflict who hold journalistic integrity as a core professional value. Currently, the program concentrates on journalists and media creators from Afghanistan, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, MENA region, Sudan, and Myanmar under a global mandate.
Fellows are afforded financial and health assistance, expert safety guidance, online and in-person training, legal and psycho-social support, production counsel, and entry to a worldwide network of media professionals with shared values. Organization requires security management and Community Support Services in the middle east to support journalists secure themselves from any cypher attacks.
3. Description of the Role
The duration of the contract is until June 2026. The selected provider will be responsible for supporting up to 25 fellows throughout the contract period. Key responsibilities will include:Establishing and maintaining secure communication channels with fellows.
Conducting individual security needs assessments.
Delivering training, workshops, and consultancies based on the assessed needs of the fellows.
Providing individualized support to fellows facing ongoing or potential digital security threats.
Submitting monthly activity reports detailing all implemented actions in line with organization’s indicators.
Identifying relevant trainers and/or legal support providers upon request.
Preparing required documentation, coordinating procurement procedures, and ensuring proper signing of all project-related documents.
Ensuring timely submission of financial and activity reports to organization, in accordance with agreed deadlines and formats.
Participating in regular check-ins with Organization project management to maintain coordination and ensure smooth implementation.

Established connections within the regional security providers and community.
