Overview
Global Security Investigations & Executive Protection Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Executive Protection and Investigations programs within the Global Physical Security and Safety Department. This role involves comprehensive planning, budgeting, and execution of these programs, ensuring the safety and security of company executives, employees, and assets. The Program Manager will manage contractors and vendors performing duties for these programs and will handle both online and physical threat investigations. This position will oversee multiple sites in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Responsibilities

Executive Protection Program:
Develop and implement executive protection strategies to ensure the safety of company leadership and high-profile guests.
Oversee physical security measures for executives during travel, at company premises, and at events.
Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Coordinate with external security providers and law enforcement agencies as needed.
Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of executives and sensitive information.
Plan and manage security logistics for executive travel and events.

Investigations Program

Lead investigations into online threats and physical security incidents.
Develop and maintain protocols for threat assessment and response.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to gather intelligence and evidence.
Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze security trends to proactively address potential threats.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to investigations.

Program Management
Plan, budget, and execute all aspects of the Executive Protection and Investigations programs.
Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring they meet performance and compliance standards.
Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for security programs.
Track program performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
Foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of experience in security management, executive protection, or investigations.
Strong knowledge of physical security principles and threat assessment methodologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP) are a plus.

Salary Range
Global Security Investigations & Executive Protection Sr. Program Manager - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,000 - $200,000 per year.

ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
