Service Description: Close Protection Operative (CPO)
As a Close Protection Operative at SRS, you have a key role in identifying and managing risks, as well as in the strategic planning and operational implementation of security assignments in high-risk environments. The tasks vary depending on the nature of the assignment, but include:Perform threat and risk assessments
Plan and secure routes, destinations and logistical elements
Maintain constant vigilance and the ability to respond quickly to threats
Professionally handle conflict situations
Ensure high discretion and situational awareness

The position requires excellent collaborative skills, good judgment and integrity. You work in close collaboration with colleagues where safety, professionalism and world-class service are always at the center.

Main responsibilities
Perform personal protection tasks with high precision
Act as a project manager if needed
Plan and coordinate assignments and logistics
Lead both international and local team members
Ensuring that equipment is in working order
Engage with external stakeholders as necessary
Assist management with administration and operational planning

Qualifications
Taking into account the complexity and requirements profile of the assignments, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Swedish citizenship
At least five (5) years of relevant work experience, of which at least three (3) years in the Armed Forces or the Police Authority
Approved personal safety training (via an accredited training provider or equivalent)
Certified healthcare training, such as FPOS, FAR, or TCCC
Unpunished
No previous involvement in human rights violations or substance abuse
Completed and approved psychological evaluation and weapon suitability test
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

You are also expected to be able to operate independently in demanding and resource-limited environments, demonstrate high problem-solving skills and be able to use available resources in an efficient and responsible manner.
