The job holder will provide security service, of the highest quality, ensuring that threats to company personnel, assets and business operations/activities within Azerbaijan and Georgia are properly identified, evaluated and countered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Establish and follow a consistent approach across the British American Tobacco, Caucasus Cluster to risk management in comply with Group Risk Management and Best practices.
Establish, maintain coordinate, facilitate, manage and timely report the company BCM system according to global policies and procedures.
Implement and maintain effective security policy, procedures, and practices to ensure safety and protection of personnel, assets, information, and business operational activities.
Compile and effectively manage Security budget.
Build effective internal network and proactively provide security and other possible support to all functions to achieve their business objectives and the integration of security services within the business.
Establish, maintain, coordinate, facilitate and manage and timely report AIT activities in Azerbaijan and Georgia to encourage intelligence sharing and represent Azerbaijan and Georgia on AIT enforcement issues when required.
Establish, maintain, coordinate, facilitate and manage Information Security program in line with the BAT policies and procedures.
Internal Investigations.
Liaising with law enforcement agencies.
Reporting.
Fraud prevention activities.
What are we looking for?

What are we looking for?
Solid background in security management, security system design and implementation, Supply Chain/ Logistics security – mandatory.
Proven track record of strong leadership skills in the management of security operations.
Familiarity with the complex security environment within Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Familiar with Information Security Management, information classification and protection issues.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
Advanced knowledge of English, Russian language is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Risk assessment skills.
Investigations skills.
Learning ability.
