Responsibilities:
Develop and update comprehensive aviation security programs in compliance with international and local governing bodies' regulations, such as the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).Drive a safety culture at RSI and ensure airside operations at RSI are in accordance with compliance regulations, ready for “everyday auditability”. Participation on the security committee and flow up the recommendations agreed.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including airlines, law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and airport management, to maintain effective communication and coordination of security efforts.Supervision the operations of activate the Security Permits SystemConduct security audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures, and to identify areas for improvement.Maintain a strong relationship with regulatory agencies, facilitate regular audits and inspections, and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.Conduct the risk analysis to identify the security level patterns or trends and provide recommendations to enhance security measures.Participate in meetings, working groups, and committees to represent the airport's security interests and contribute to the development of security standards and initiatives.

Requirements:
Saudi National. Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Security Management and any field of engineeringExtensive experience (typically 3- 5 years) in aviation security.Knowledge of local and international aviation security regulations, such as those set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA)Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make informed decisions. Certification in aviation security management or relevant industry certifications are advantageous. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion. High level of written and spoken English. Strong written and verbal comprehension & communication skills. Team player and supports colleagues to achieve their goals. Structured and systematic approach to work with strong attention to detail.
