Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Security Manager to support and assist the Safety and Security Manager to provide a safe and secured environment in the Maison and ensure that the Security Ambassadeurs functions effectively with a view to provide optimum efficiency in achieving the required standards.
To assist in overseeing the safety and security operations of our resort for the opening of our Maison in the Seychelles. The candidate will be also assist in ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to minimise risk and loss, and managing emergency response procedures.
The Assistant Security Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incidents and responses, conducting regular security audits, and developing and conducting training programs for employees.

Profile
Diploma / Certificate in Security Management, or a related field.
A minimum of five years of experience in Security management or related fields in Hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Safety and Security regulations, emergency response procedures, and risk management strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent level of both written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify security risks and develop solutions.
Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of fire and life safety systems and emergency response procedures.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment, access control systems, and other security technologies.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
