Accountabilities
Country Security Manager
On behalf of the Head of Country in Mexico who remains accountable for all security matters at AHMSA, AHMQ, SLC, AMTC, HELIESCUELA, TESTIA- in Mexico, the Country Security Manager is responsible for coordinating all necessary security controls in accordance with Airbus and Airbus Helicopters Policies, Directives and Standards; and in compliance with applicable National laws and regulatory requirements. Because of Airbus in Mexico holds several Subsidiaries and Sites from several Divisions of Airbus, the Country Security Manager acts and exercises coordination over Security Operation Managers of AHMSA, AHMQ, SLC, AMTC, HELIESCUELA, TESTIA in Mexico

Activities
Country Security Manager
On behalf of the Head of Country in Mexico, the Country Security Manager is responsible of the following tasks:
● Develop and design a Country Security Plan defining the required standards for security management to protect the Airbus’ integrity, people, product and assets, including information.
● Identify the threats and risks specific to the Country and implement appropriate controls to address vulnerabilities.
● Ensure compliance with the national/local/state law and regulations, and adapt Security Plan accordingly.
● Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as the point of contact at the Country level for law enforcement and government authorities in relation to security matters.
● Ensure that all security incidents are recorded and reported to the Head of Country, Divisional Head of Security of the leading Division, and any other relevant authority; and investigated when deemed necessary.
● Provide day-to-day operational oversight of Country security and cascade information and directives to Security Operation Managers and service providers, as required.
● Develop and maintain the Security Emergency Response and Crisis Management Plans at the Country level.
● Consolidate relevant security staff KPIs and report to the Country Management.
● Provide support and resources for compliance activities managed by Airbus – ZS and Airbus
Helicopters - EKS People and Workplace Security (EKS PandW), such as audits and self- assessments.
● Oversee the contracting of security service suppliers for all Subsidiaries in the Country.
● Ensure the deployment of security awareness campaigns at the Country level and; participate actively in the development and raising of security awareness in collaboration with Airbus Helicopters - EKS People and Workplace Security (EKS PandW).
